In the event of a cancellation of tour or travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, please inform us in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive your written notice. The charges are as follows:
For specific services, such as special train journeys, flight bookings, government accommodation packages, and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy will apply. This will be communicated to you when required.
If you cancel the trip after it has started, the refund will be restricted to a limited amount, depending on the recovery we are able to make from the hoteliers and service providers we use.
We do not provide refunds for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals, or other similar services.
